Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) has been studied for decades. At On Board ABA, we use all of this science to create a custom behavioral learning plan for each of our students. Our focus is always on the student. Every student has a unique learning process and we tailor our methodology to suit the needs of each student to ensure we can have an impact.
Our team of BCBA professionals takes the time necessary to get to know every student we work with. This human-first approach ensures we are able to reach every student on a personal level, which enhances every therapy session. By focusing on the individual, we are able to create an individual therapy plan that uses the techniques that have been proven to be effective but delivered in a way that maximizes results.

A Proven Process

We pride ourselves on our ability to have an impact on every child. This is the result of the hard work our team has put into developing a process that delivers.

Consultation: We take the time to meet with every parent and child prior to creating a plan. During this consultation, we learn about the child and the behavioral issues present. During this time, we learn as much as we can to develop a connection and to understand the potential reasons for the behavioral issues.

Insurance Inquiry: Our goal is to deliver the best experience, which includes making our services as affordable as possible. Our team has vast experience dealing with insurance companies and will work with you to understand your options.

Skills Assessment: While the consultation will give us some insights, our Skills Assessment Test provides the baseline for our BCBA to develop the therapy plan. This skills assessment focuses on communication and language, motor skills, memory, academics and more.
​
Therapy Plan: Using the Skills Assessment results and our consultation notes, we will develop a custom ABA therapy plan with specific goals and a specific curriculum. This plan is shared with parents to ensure you are comfortable with the plan.

Therapy Schedule: Once the plan has been developed, we will coordinate a therapy schedule based on availability and goals. The schedule is determined by availability and need.

We Offer Multiple Delivery Options
In-Home ABA Therapy
​
Our In-Home ABA Therapy sessions are delivered at your residence. Our ABA specialists will engage with your child in your house. This approach can increase results, as children generally feel more comfortable interacting at home and can more easily associate correct behavior with the setting where they spend most of their time.
Online ABA Therapy
​
We understand that in some circumstances, having in-person sessions can be difficult. That is why we also offer Online ABA Therapy sessions. This allows our ABA specialists to deliver the same therapy sessions, but through a communication tool via the internet. This method is the most convenient and flexible option.
